[edit] Summary
In this class, you'll start reading your step-by-step instructions, pinning the fabric pieces together and sewing!
[edit] Inner Seam
For the pajama pants, pick up one front piece and one back piece. (You can tell the back piece from the front by looking at the crotch curve. The back piece will be a larger curve as it has room for your rear.) Lay the fabric right sides together and match up the inner seams. The clips should match , as well as the top and bottom. You might have to ease in the fabric a little to do this. Don't worry about the other seams - just make sure the inner seams match well.
| Pin the seams together, inserting the pins perpendicular to the edge of the fabric. Stitch a 5/8" seam (unless your pattern says otherwise).
Repeat with the other front and back.
[edit] Crotch Seam
| Take your two front/back pieces and lay them right sides together. Match up the crotch seams, clips, etc. Insert pins perpendicular to fabric edge, and stitch a 5/8" seam.
| Trim the seam in the curve.
[edit] Side Seams
| Put the right sides together, and match up the side seams. (Seams should be facing you.) Pin, and sew a 5/8" seam.
